I’ve have been passionate about food and cooking my entire life- and I’ve worked in every aspect of the food world from food shops to professional kitchens. I am also the authoress of the acclaimed blog, A Stack of Dishes, where I create beautiful and delicious food for sharing and entertaining.

I also have a Masters Degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Columbia University, and believe that eating well can be the key to feeling well.

I’m putting together my knowledge of science and my deep passion for good food so you can enjoy delicious meals, knowing that you’re doing the best for your health.
